All GBK training instructors, that have their our Affiliate schools are responsible for supervising and teaching classes. The trainers are a qualified team who are all about the GBK teaching philosophy, as well as the developed and tested methods that Master Gasper Bonomo, the founder of the Gasper Bonomo Kickboxing program has created.
The GBK method is centered on learning how to properly use your fists for punching, your shins for kicking, as well as how to use your knees and elbows as effectively as possible. You are also taught how to maintain a defensive mindset that will help minimize the damage that you could be inflicting on yourself.
Students are always pushing to reach their desired goal, during practice. Whether they are learning how to properly place a punch to the midsection or learning a low kick, punch combo, these GBK training students will learn how to play the offensive while they are perfecting their defensive skills.
